PI must submit a City Tech NOI PSC-CUNY online form by November 7, 2025

PI will receive an email to certify proposal record in Cayuse. PI must certify in Cayuse by November 24, 2025 for the project to be routed for approval by chairperson and dean.

There is no City Tech internal proposal approval form for PSC-CUNY 57 applications approvals will be handled via Cayuse.

PI must submit their PSC-CUNY Research Award application in the PSC-CUNY Grant Proposal System by December 1. City Tech OSP will review applications and will contact PI with feedback if any updates/changes are needed. If no changes are needed OSP will approve the application after December 15.

PSC-CUNY 57 Program changes

Track 1 – awards up to $7,000

Track 2 – awards from $7,001 to $15,000

85% of the PSC-CUNY Award Program annual budget will be allocated to Track 1 awards.

Applications are allowed for activities in pursuit of external grant awards.

A final project report for the previous project is required.
